Friendly service.
I find myself with more questions than in the past so I frequent the store more often. I am always welcomed by name and my questions and concerns addressed. The staff is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy of the care of my precious goods. Sounds simple enough but we all know this kind of service is not what we've come to expect in most service industries.

This is the second bike that I have purchased from the Issaquah store and they are always nothing but helpful. The bikes are built wonderfully and last a long time even with my 2 boys beating on them as much as possible.

I received an email coupon for a free Level 1 service on my new Trek Madone. However, when I called to schedule the service, the shop was booked out beyond the end date of the coupon. Regardless, Mark went ahead and scheduled the free service.
The planned work was done very quickly, and the bike was ready within a few hours of when I dropped it off. I've been very happy with the service provided at Westlake Trek and would gladly recommend the store to other cycling friends.
