He actually advised that certain services I thought were needed were not actually needed at this time. He was personable, professional and efficient. It is the people that make the business and he is a great asset to Trek Palm Dessert. I will be back for future service and bike purchases,

I had an outstanding experience at the Trek San Marcos store. Everyone I interacted with — especially Kelsey and Vern (I believe that was his name, the tech) — was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They helped me select the right accessories and ensured my new bike was set up perfectly.
I drove a decent distance to get to this location, and it was absolutely worth it. The store itself is impressive — clean, well-organized, and stocked with far more inventory than other Trek stores I visited beforehand. Thanks to the entire team for making this a buying experience I won’t soon forget.

Consistency. I get flat tires regularly on my e-bike and I bring it in for you all to replace the inner tube. I have been helped by most of your staff and it is easy and painless. Yesterday, I felt that one of your staff members could care less about helping me. He was super short and not particularly friendly. He was very busy helping a couple who just purchased 2 new bikes. Chatting away. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful.
