Phil did a great job helping me select new tires for my gravel bike and a new rear tire for my mountain bike. The gravel bike tires needed to special ordered and he kept me informed of the progress of the order until the tires were put on and ready for pick up. Friendly and very service oriented!
They quickly service your bike and get it back to you within 24 hrs if no parts needed. Usually get it back within 3 days if they have to order parts.
Ben is knowledgeable about bikes. Mine had a particular problem and he is working on viewing and turning in my warranty. These machines are so complicated it takes a while to understand them. But they are great for a Senior who is not up physically and can keep me riding on the trails. Trek keeps my life going the way I want.

Rob was so super nice, took my son’s bike as soon as I walked in and put in service request. They did only what was necessary even though I told them I was willing to pay for whatever was needed. This made me realize these guys are honest, and do not perform unnecessary repairs.

I came in about 20 min before closing time but I would have never known as I was treated with patience and warmth and not made to feel that I need to rush through my purchase. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and also practical, which helped me ultimately walk away with a purchase I was originally about to mull over! Thank you and definitely will be back as needed!
Second visit to the shop in past week. This timew for my road bike. Got to meet the crew and get more personal with them about who they are and their experience. The mechanic, Rafael, spent time with me showing the issues with my bike, explaining pros and cons of potential solutions allowing me to make an informed decision. Love it!
