Cons:
The assembled bikes were not as clean and they should have been before presenting to the customer. A simple wipe down would remove all the smudges during assembly and glue like residue on the finish.
One bike was missing a rear reflector.
One of the bells did not work properly and needed to be moved to avoid cable contact, which was deadening the sound.

Very much enjoy my Trek e-bike. I have had Trek bikes most of my life because of the quality and features. The service I receive in Beaverton is always timely, helpful, and friendly. The service department has always been prompt and efficient. they typically have me back on the road right away or within a few days if doing a tune up. I also enjoy the products available and usually leave with a new accessory.
Humberto took the time to ensure I had all the help I needed and was very patient while assisting me with a test ride. I ended up leaving with a new bike!

Before Trek acquired this location, the facility was known for having the best technical service for bicycles in the valley. Trek has maintained that reputation. I will continue to shop and service my bike only at Trek Palm Springs. Thanks for your dedicated service.
