Bike tech Tyler was courteous, professional super helpful. I picked in a new set of climbing rims on line, they arrived on Tuesday. I took them for a quick spin Wednesday. They loosened up pretty bad. I was in a jamb, had a race on Friday, so I brought them in after work on Thursday to Tyler. He initially said it might take 24hrs to get them fixed. This was understandable but unfortunate. He called me 2 hrs later that he successfully trued them up and they were ready to go. I have never had such a quick turnaround on rims. I raced them today and they worked great. Thx Tyler!!
