I very much appreciate the service given at the Henderson Nevada Trek store. Chad assisted me greatly in making a purchase decision on an e-bike. He was very knowledgeable, too, in helping me choose a few additional items (a bicycle helmet, lights, tools, etc) so that I’d be prepared and safe when taking excursions on my new e-bike.
And he also delivered the e-bike and took the time to go over a few important basics with me - a neophyte to e-bikes!
I especially like the policies and support Trek provides nearby to where I live. All in all, a very positive experience. I look forward to dealing with the Henderson Trek store here in the future.

Great service and information. I walked in with a flat on my son's bike with the newer valve stem. The worker showed me how it worked and suggested a bike pump that fit both stems. I bought the pump, that also had a PSI gauge, and was very happy with my visit.
Your staff was very helpful in giving detailed instructions on installing brake pads. Thank you!

Staff at the Sellwood/Westmoreland shop in Portland, OR have great knowledge and provide great service. They are enthusiastic about cycling and care about their customers. I would recommend the shop for any biking needs no matter what your style or level of experience.

Trek is a great bicycle brand as we all know. Phil at customer service made the experience of buying a bike a pleasant one. Super caring and knowledgeable. Also his follow up is great. Buy your cycling products at Trek Santa Rosa and you’ll be well taken care of.
Services - were straightforward about what my bike needed. Suggested replacing the needed 'part' with a slightly different type and explained why. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Replacement/repair was done quickly, while I waited.
The selection of bikes is enormous, customer service on some employees could have been nicer but Omar had great customer service and knowledge on the bikes accessories in question. I had initially a minor cosmetic issue that was cleaned up quite quickly. He gave a discount when it was not necessary. I was fine with the performance of my helmet I had previously purchased a week prior except it had multiple strands of a females hair inside the interior. Although I was a little nervous about the cleanliness of it, I cleaned it and it was fine as is, couple days later he asked how it was and discussed the experience whether it was good or not. Overall, satisfied with the helmet nonetheless. I used to go to the newhall one to get my townie. Overall I recommend this TREK and as such I can repair my bikes when they fail to function.
I just bought my first e-bike!! Wes was so wonderful and helpful when my dad and I were going through the process. He was super patient and answered all of our questions! When the bike arrived damaged he was also super helpful with finding a solution for us. 10/10 would definitely buy a bike here again!!
