I’m so pleased with the remarkable customer service I received. After my initial bike service I had some concerns. The Trek store manager, Isaiah called me, listened and asked that I bring my bike back so the adjustments could be made. I was given a loaner. They made all adjustments, including some new parts and the 1988 bike rides as good as new! All this at no additional cost.
