First and foremost, the staff. The entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They always greet me by name, ask about me, my family and then my bicycle concerns. The store is inviting, relaxed and comfortable. I have never felt pressured to purchase any products. Any questions or concerns, regardless of how basic, are answered with sincerity.
Brought my Specialized road bike in for a tuneup and it was ready the next day to be picked up.
The Trek staff was welcoming, helpful and quick. The price was also very reasonable. I will be back to use their services next time.

I liked the bike. If I do purchase a road bike from Trek it is 50% the product 50% Bob at the Encinitas store. Bob was so kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. He never made me feel like my questions were below him. He made cycling approachable and enjoyable to talk about. I learned more from him than anybody I have encountered in the cycling community. The service center and mechanics were very good. I've had different shops make excuses for why disc brakes are terribly noisy. The service guy actually listened to me and diagnosed the need for a brake bleed. Despite that the "first time," free tune-up earned with the bike's purchase was well past it's use by date, the shop also offered a discount. Good service.

It's a pleasure to do business with Trek Palm Springs, CA because of the Team who work there! They each represent Trek in the best way. The service is outstanding, excellent each time I come in. The products are well made and reasonably priced. I go see them whenever my bicycle tires go flat, which is often because of the "goat heads", here in the desert! Recently, I have recommended Trek PS to Jade (who works at Trader Joe's) and Louis (who works at Dollar Tree) because while I was shopping at those stores, they saw me wearing my bike helmet and asked about a good local bike shop to take their bikes to. Of course I raved about Trek PS and I will continue to for years to come! Thank you ALL for being so freakin' awesome! Name removed
