I ordered a bike through the Silverdale Trek store which arrived a week later. They had the bike set up for me when I picked it up and also added the accessories that I purchased. Personalized, courteous service with a great guarantee if not satisfied.

My experience at the Reno Trek location has been fantastic! Not once, not twice, but every time I visit the shop, they are very helpful and friendly. Last time I had a flat on my new tire, and they covered it with warranty and replaced it with a new tire, which really made my day!

They have great bikes, and better staff. The times I’ve gone to the repair shop, the staff was always kind and wouldn’t charge me on simple stuff that took them less than a few minutes to do. Gestures like that is the reason I come back to the shop every time.
