Everyone in the store is super friendly and knowledgeable about bikes and all things cycling. I brought in two of my bikes for service, and they took care of both with no issues. Ben and Mario were especially helpful — they answered all my questions and assisted me with ordering the extra parts I needed. Great experience overall!

I came in to get a bike lock and noticed that you have e-bikes. I started asking Ty questions about them, and he spent quite a bit of time with me. He looked up a lot of information as he guided me towards the models that may work for my purposes. He was incredibly helpful. I mentioned that my current bike (that I rode in on) needed shifting adjustments and I would have to bring it in, and he put it on the rack, made the adjustments, and mounted the new bike lock’s case for me. He also highlighted an item (cable) that he noted needs replacement, but not urgently. He was soooo incredibly helpful.
My husband has since decided he wants to wait before spending on an e-bike, but now I have a short list of where to start when I resume my search.
My old bike repair shop (which is closer to my home) is closing and I am in the market for a new shop. Trek’s Centerville location will be it, as it will be for my husband. We both ride daily and put a lot of miles on our bikes. I will be having a tune up done when the weather gets cold/inrideable, and will have my cable replacement rolled into that.

I was able to raise my seat but was unfamiliar with how to raise the handlebars on my bike. I always go to this TREK facility when I need help, so I loaded my bike into my vehicle and headed over there.
To my great good fortune, the next tech up that morning was Scot Denhart. I told him what I needed and we discussed options. I had done some research but Scot was able to boil my options down to what was realistically available. He found the part I needed on the sales floor and he had it installed within a few minutes.
It was another excellent experience for me at this shop. I'll be back.

I brought my bike in for a tire problem on my tubeless tire. I thought it was maybe a bad valve, so i spoke to Mark and he said he would take care of it and text me when my bike was completed. I also asked him to do some other things like put in new sealant and clean my chain and lube it. He was very courteous and professional. He had my bicycle service in what seemed like a couple of hours. Great customer service !! Many times Thank you!!
Staff were friendly and quickly repaired my flat tire. Nathan was kind enough to walk me through the process of repairing a flat on this bicycle, which is new to me.
Staff were friendly and promptly identified the issue. They were familiar with the bike and knew of the issues that were common from the factory. My problem was resolved quickly.

I visit from out of town often and seem to need repairs to my Mt bike when I’m here. They always remember me and know my time here is short. With that in mind, my bike is repaired quickly and I’m back out riding!
