We’ve purchased Trek Bicycles/MTB before and we’re happy to purchase again. Joe from Trek Henderson helped us pick my youngest son’s 1st bike. We ended up returning the Fetch+2 since it didn’t fit my bike rack and it took so much space inside our minivan.

I was very impressed by the service I received by the TREK team and the work that was done on my Gran Turismo Wilier road bike. This has been the best bike service experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Marcus did a fabulous job and my 11 year old bike is now running better than ever. This is after several poor experiences at other bike stores and other technicians telling me that my bike couldn't be fixed and I should just get a new one. Thank you, Marcus, for a great job done.
Von was very knowledgeable and work with me to pick out a bike in my price range. I kept bugging him with questions but he was patient with me since this was a big purchase for me.
