Service technicians are excellent. Knowledgeable about all types of bikes, even e-bikes not made by TREK. Service is quick and reasonably priced. They also stand behind their service. In the unlikely event the customer is dissatisfied, they will make it right. I’ve used a few other bike shops in the area, but this has been my GO TO provider for a few years, even before they changed ownership.
