It is a great bicycle. They’re very knowledgeable there. They knew exactly what I needed. They didn’t try to sell me a very expensive one. They sold me exactly what I needed. And they ordered the color that I wanted and they were very good about relaying the ETA. And due to the delay with FedEx, they were kind enough to offer an option for a loaner bicycle. And as for the brand trek, I’m very impressed with the quality. After I purchased it, Lewis was kind enough to introduce me to their technician and walk me through all the different parts of the bicycle.
The product was exactly what we were looking for, and it fit our needs perfectly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the experience smooth and positive.

Trek. I like the knowledgeable sales people. I like the friendliness. I like the enthusiasm, not rah rah but the camaraderie of the bicycle community. I like being confident that the mechanics are trained in all things Trek. I like that Trek is American made.

Marcus worked with my Giant TCR for a couple months and was the only person out of three mechs who successfully diagnosed the issue with my Firecrest wheel. Trek sent it in to be warrantied twice and finally the problem was solved. Despite all the work that went into this process, I was only charged $10….Even though the Alamo location is farther from where I live it’s definitely where I’m going from now on.
