The drivers are all very helpful and polite.

It was easy to find the the Parking spot North and find a spot to park at for my time there for my trip out of town. I usually part in the South lot, but due to money issues, I choose the North lot this time. Coming back, it was easy to find the shuttle back to my car at the airport pick up location. The Shuttles are well labeled. At drop off, my shuttle driver helped me out with my luggage and put it in the car for me. I didn't catch his name, but he was very polite and helpful. I appreciate his help in doing so. Thank you.

You have a couple drivers that will not get out of the van and help with luggage.

I had a positive experience with both of my drivers there and back and they lifted our heavy suitcases on and off the van. I enjoyed the premium spot. The driver even loaded our luggage into our vehicle. That driver really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this service and use it again!

I know my car is safe while I'm away, too. I really appreciate the cold bottle of water at the checkout gate! I usually travel for business, but this was a personal trip, and my husband was along. He was surprised there was a bottle of cold water for us!
