Close to airport and prompt pick up.
Friendly drivers, fast service
EASY!!!
Pick up at car. Kind drivers.
Everything was so smooth. Being delayed on my return flight, I was worried. But when I called and they sent a shuttle right away, I was relieved!
I enjoy parking with this company. The shuttles are quick at anytime of the day. The drivers are kind and helpful.
Easy in/out and don't have to wait long for the shuttle
It is very easy to reserve a parking spot on line.
Convenient
Attendant very helpful I had a low front tire and he
Added air so I could drive home after my trip
This time my experience was much better. Being picked up within minutes of parking my car unlike the last time I waited 10 minutes. Then rode around forever loading the bus up until every seat was filled. That’s ok, but waiting for cars to pull in and unload is not what I expect.
The only thing I could think that caused this you were short on drivers. At least, explain this to us.
Much improved this time.
well done well organized reliable. Timely P/U & delivery.
Vans are getting a bit long in the tooth.....
Perhaps upgrades are in plans for future.
The staff and drivers are friendly and professional. I never have to wait for a shuttle at the lot. I had been a loyal user at Parking Spot 3, but the service there has dropped off. I always had to walk to find a shuttle, and sometimes I would have to walk halfway across the lot. The East lot is certainly worth the little extra drive. Keep doing what your doing! Thank you to all!!
Location is very close to the airport. The van runs frequently and the drivers are pleasant.
Easy and convenient. Clean transport buses. Friendly, helpful, and courteous drivers.
Location and general expediency. However, getting enough busses to pickup on a Sunday evening is a problem.
Convienient
The drivers are great!
Rewards program.
Convenience
The app showing where the shuttle is when you're waiting in the oppressive heat under all the concrete of Sky Harbor Airport is probably best part. When I get home, I just want to get to my car.
I am a bit annoying with the new tiered parking nonsense.
