When we flew in, St. Louis had a foot of snow. The gentleman that was driving the shuttle was so kind and helpful with our luggage. Our Van also had a foot a snow all around it. He was very helpful and friendly. I like how they take you right to your vehicle. GREAT Service.

Only comment I'd like considered is use of the qr code to get in and out of lot could be difficult for those not familiar with the use. It would be a plus if there were other options to get in and out of the lot. What if a potential customer doesn't have a phone that would work?

Very easy to make a reservation and receive the code for entrance and exit. Most excellent shuttle drivers were helpful and working tough hours. I got to Parking Spot at around 3:30 a.m. and the driver was awake, cheerful, and friendly. Return pick up at at about 11:15 p.m. and same thing. It was bitter cold and the day before the big snow storm in the northeast. I like the outdoor parking and no problem finding the car at the end of a trip (if I remember to put the card with the spot number where I can find it).
Overall, very happy with the parking so close -- oh, and very reasonably priced. I would have paid more than triple to Uber with the tips.

Ralph was my driver on the outbound AND return trip. He was exceptionally professional and courteous in loading bags on and off the bus, and was great at handling the bus. His driving skills are only exceeded by his easy going, conversational nature and willingness to make sure the customer is taken care of. In my case, my vehicle had been in the lot for a few days in incredibly cold weather and I was concerned it wasn't going to start. He explained what resources you had available to help if needed, and made sure it was running before he drove away. 10 out of 10 will recommend Parking Spot and use again, because Ralph. Whoever is in charge of that place, please give him some recognition for top notch customer service, he is a credit to the company!

Staff is always helpful
Its a much better parking option than the actual airport. The main competition is whether or not to take Uber to the airport which is a better option for longer trips.
