Proximity to the airport is good.

BUT even with reservations, my family of 6 had to wait 25 minutes for a bus that would fit my family (4 kids under 9 so we couldn’t split up).

I think the most important thing for a business like this is to be reliable and the Parking Spot has always been that for me. I never have to worry about waiting on a shuttle or being late to my gate at the airport. I will continue to use the Parking Spot whenever I travel.

Although the parking lot is a MESS, the staff was calm, happy and proceeded smoothly.
