Check-in was a breeze, as usual. Shuttle was quick and efficient but drivers (both ways) could be more helpful to riders in their 70s with large bags. Parking was covered and secure, as usual. We usually pre-pay but didn't this time in case our return plans changed. I had trouble with the scanner/card reader. As a result, we had to interact with the lady at the exit gate. Even if we hadn't gotten up at 5:00 a.m. and sat on the tarmac for two hours in Philadelphia, (regional ATC failure that day), she was particularly snippy and condescending. She could benefit greatly from additional customer service training and oversight.

Excellent - leaving and returning home!
Shuttles were timely. when we got back out driver even put out luggage in our trunk instead of on the street. (Afternoon Sept 21st. I didn't see a name in the shuttle.). The man who checked us out was so kind!!! I had trouble finding my email for the QR code and he was repeatedly telling me there was no hurry. It makes such a difference when people are kind and helpful! Always appreciate the cold water!!!
I really like the ease of parking with you. The drivers are kind and helpful. They pick you up at your vehicle and drop you back by your vehicle. They help with your baggage.
As an example, I accidently got on another "parking shuttle" and got to their parking lot only to be told to exit and walk to my vehicle and then realized this was the wrong place and I said "but you have always dropped me off at my vehicle before". So I quickly learned why I park with you!

I like the fact the parking spot is less than a mile from the airport and wasn't too hard to find. Apparently, they do have covered parking, but I didnt see that as an option when I reserved a spot, which I find disappointing.
