Guest Testimonials

The parking fees are reasonable, the lots are easy to find, and the drivers are polite and helpful.

Very easy to make a reservation and to park. The shuttle to and back from the airport was very good.

Easy in and Easy out

We can just pull up and get out of our car and they take care of our luggage and put it on the shuttle. But when we returned to pick up our car, it was more of a hassle. It was a long way to walk to meet the shuttle to take us to our car. They should be able to pull up at the airport like all the other pick ups. It was a very long walk for my grandmother to have to walk to pick up the car and also very hot outside. Something should be done differently about that.

It in convenient and keeps me from using airport garage parking.

Convenience

The Parking Spot location in Bloomington, MN offers covered parking. The Parking Spot asked me to complete a customer survey following my last parking purchase. I indicated an issue I had trying to use a promo discount. A Parking Spot Manager contacted by phone and resolved the issue and provided 2 days of free parking for my next stay. I will use The Parking Spot on my next trip in February.

Friendly, fast service. Secure parking.

Easy and nice workers!

Was helped at checkout by a very nice man. He offered us a bottle of water for our trip back home!

Exellwnt

Highly organized operation with very courteous staff. Consistently excellent service.

Great service for delivery and pickup. Used covered parking and very pleased.

Fast... I've parked with you for 20 years, annual parker for many of those before retirement. Trip last week on the return back to the car the driver never got out to help with the bags, never had that happen before, he just sat in his seat. We are in ourlate70s. He missed $5 tip. I've always tipped well, I appreciate the service. Thought it was strange.

Covered parking was great and the buses were very, very frequent with very kind drivers.

Very easy

Very convenient and special offer when you stay longer.

I like the new covered West parking at DEN. It was very convenient to park and be picked up. Drop off and exiting were easy too.

Quick and easy to get to and from the airport

convenient location, friendly drivers, enough vehicles running so pickup and drop off are quick.
I really like how simple entering and exiting the lot is with the QR code.
Even when I miss the sales, the pricing for week or longer parking is very competitive.

Car to airport buses. App very friendly. Price is very competitive. There should be a painted line where the bus stops for pickup. A crowd of customers can show up, and last people can manage to board first. We had a group of 6 and had to nicely tell others that we had arrived first. Also only 2 buses were running creating a long wait.

Great, fast service and friendly drivers.
