Love this service! Its so much easier then trying to navigate the airport (especially with all the construction right now). Everyone is professional and friendly. I say give it a try. You won't regret it!
I like the convenience of the parking area and shuttle. The only thing I would recommend is how the shuttle picks up people at the airport. There needs to be some way to have people wait in line with a rope process. It was so awful when we tried to stay close to the curb to get onto the shuttle. People were pushing their way to the front and before we knew it, we had to wait for 4 shuttles to come by. We are not trouble makers so of course we tried to be respectful when we saw the elderly or those with children. An angry man finally started yelling saying that they had been waiting and did not realize that my husband and I had been there way before they did. There should be a specific line for each shuttle!
