The app was easy to use. The service was great. They pick you up right at your car and take you to your terminal. When I landed I opened up the app, by the time I got outside they were there to pick me back up and returned me back to my vehicle. I wish they had this in o’Hare airport. I saved a lot of money parking with The Parking Spot then parking at the airport. Thank you for the great service and I will most definitely be using you guys again.

Good price Safe spot, Fast entry and exit and close to the airport

I rarely have to wait for the shuttle to arrive. In the parking lot the shuttle arrives before I have removed my luggage from the car. At the airport the shuttle is often there when I come out of the baggage claim. On my last trip the flight was three hours late and arrived after midnight, the shuttle was there without my calling.

Each of the drivers have been courteous and helpful.
