Efficient pleasant staff
We searched for long term parking at the St Louis airport area that was reasonably priced and had frequent shuttles. We chose The Parking Spot. We parked for 7 days. However, when we arrived, there was parking garage construction which caused us to be directed from garage 2 to 1. Once we arrived at garage 1, there were no spaces left for our section due to construction. The garage security and attendant worked quickly with us to find a spot in the premium covered area. When we went to leave at the end of our stay and scanned our QR code, the system wanted to charge us more than our reservation document showed. The manager on duty was great and worked quickly to get the issue resolved and gave us a discount for the hassle. The total price was less than what we originally expected! The shuttle service was on time and the drivers were helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Although I don't use your services often, I was able to understand the directions as I came into the lot, and a shuttle was there very quickly to pick me up and help me with my luggage. It was also easy to find the spot at the airport for pickup when I was ready to return.
