Convenience, price, friendly drivers
Your service is great. You should mention that its best to leave the QR code you used to get in in your car - if its on paper - or save it to a handy place on your phone. Cause you need it to get out.
The lady at the checkout kiosk was most helpful getting us out of the parking lot.

Seamless reservation process. Upon arrival, expeditious parking and shuttle service to the airport.
The convenience of parking, being picked up and dropped off.
Very efficient
It had been several years since we used USA parking…now the Parking Spot, West. We were extremely happy with the entire experience! Loved all of the additional covered parking and the shuttle vans were nice and clean, not the rattle traps from our past experiences! Drivers were very attentive. Overall performance definitely a 10!
Easy in, easy out. My car was safe while I was gone.
App works great. They pick you up, load your bags, and get you to the airport really fast. The return was just as good. Pick you up, give them your ticket, the drive to your car and unload your bags, and they do it with professionalism. Great service for Kansas City Airport.
