I like the convenience of being dropped off and picked up at my parking spot. I never want to go back to searching for my car endlessly in the airport parking lot.

I also like the fact that it’s easier to get into a parking spot. The airport has intentionally confusing signs. I once parked in the more expensive lot because one was named extended and another long term. You only have a couple seconds to read the signs with traffic behind you while slowing down from the freeway. With your service, I know exactly how much the bill will be.

I also like having my car under cover. No more snow to remove. I do not get soaked from rain either. It’s one thing to deal with the elements, but another when you are hauling luggage back to the car. Your service is a game changer!

Easy access to the parking site. Drivers pleasant and helpful with bags both on and off van.

Speedy pickup, a nice staff, and generally good service. A suggestion is to widen the spaces for pickup truck parking - they are very tight and cause door dings and make it hard to get baggage in and out of the vehicles.

It was easy to access and park and it seemed safe but there were a lot of really big trucks so it made it difficult to get in and out of the spot.

It is a great service. Being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle and the terminal helps me so much and saves me so much time. The employees are all very helpful and friendly.

Shuttle drivers are very helpful in general. Upon my arrival and debacle at AA's baggage claim at 1 am Wednesday after the ice storm, the driver kept circling in order to find me, even though I was in the wrong place. I was desperate to get out of the airport after so many flight delays (returning from Europe) over a 48 hour period.

Convenience, timely service and especially the under cover parking. We were away for the last blizzard (over 12 inches of snow) and came home to a clean and covered car. I could only imagine what the others in non-covered lots had to experience digging themselves out.

Great place to park. Felt like car was safe. Covered parking was a plus with the snow storm. Attendants were super helpful. No wait for pick up.
