Customer Care was excellent
Very affordable and convenient. Drivers are great too.
We've used the Parking Spot for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with their service. It does seem like it takes a little longer these days to get picked up by a bus after arriving to the Parking Spot and getting parked. Maybe they don't have as many buses running.
Last Friday night, we had to wait for awhile to get picked up at Hobby airport, but I appreciate that they ended up sending a bus from Parking Spot 2 to come get us. There must have been some sort of backlog and I'm sure that reduced our wait from what it might have been. And the driver was very friendly and apologetic about our wait.
I'm sure we'll continue to use Parking Spot in the future!
Easy parking, easy pick up.
Quick and efficient. I like making reservations on phone, having credit card on file so I can have a quick exit, and the drivers are always pleasant and helpful.
Great location to airport, fast service for pickup and delivery to airport. Friendly staff.

The process ran smoothly - - like clockwork. Easy entry and clear directions to parking space.
Shuttle van came quickly to the airport, and I did not wait long. The driver was pleasant and helpful with the bags.
(However, I would like the opportunity to apply my points to future bookings. This does not seem very intuitive when I’m on the App.)
Friendly, convenient, fast pick up and return and appreciate the deals. I will definitely refer this business.
