I park at the spot #2 three weeks a month. I have gotten to know the drivers all of whom are wonderful people and very helpful. I have come to learn something very disturbing. I tip all my drivers using their posted QR code. I have had several of these drivers tell me that they don't receive the tips. This is concerning as the statement on the signage say that the drivers receive all their tips from this method of payment.

I need to tip these divers and the only way I can do this and keep it as a business write off is to use the QR code. I'm not sure that I might be parking at the right place if this is truly happening.

Buses drivers are very curtious and professional -- like being picked up at my car and not having to walk and dropped right near the doors of the terminal..

It is very convenient, and I am usually satisfied with the service received. Sometimes the price can be a little high; but I do enjoy the the discounts and the free days earned.

We arrived late in BWI from DEN and had to wait over 20 minutes for the bus. Just hate to see such slow service at night.

Shuttle always at our car before or shortly after we get luggage out of car. Friendly drivers. Pickup time at DEN is never too long of a wait. Cold water offered on the way out. Helpful checkout staff. Recently I forgot to lock my car and I called to let them know where I was parked and when I returned car was locked. Thank you!

I've always raved about this service. This last time, however, the open lot people were dropped off first. I think if I pay more than them, I should get dropped off first.
