We always use The Parking Spot when leaving out of any airport. The West lot at Austin airport is dangerous getting onto the freeway so we used the East lot this time. Everything went as expected. Never had any security issues at any of their lots.
Efficient, excellent customers drive and affordable
We like the prices when reserved in advance. We like being picked up at our vehicle. We were disappointed that we had to wait for about 20 minutes for a pick up at Parking Spot 1 on September 18 around 4:30 PM. And when we returned home on September 26 at 5:00 PM, we had to wait for the 3rd shuttle at the airport (about 30-40 minutes) to return to our vehicle. The waiting line was very long.

Everything about this organization is as good as it gets. Convenient location means a short shuttle ride to and form Sky Harbor, excellent daily and weekly rates, great, reliable service and assistance from the drivers and efficient pickups and dropoffs!

It's fast and easy. You offer discounts all the time, especially on multiple days. Its very inexpensive compared to other places. Everyone is friendly and you never have to wait longer than a few minutes for a shuttle either way.
