The staff are always very friendly and get you to and from the airport in a timely manner. I’ve never had any issues and I’ve used the Parking Spot for several years now. I refuse to use any other service.

I love that you have water on the way out but I can never reach it. It is pushed all the way back in the cabinet making it difficult to grab even with the car door open. Wish there was a better solution.

The drivers are all friendly. The buses come quickly, so I never spent a lot of time sitting and waiting for my ride. The prices are reasonable. My favorite part is the cold water at checkout. A nice touch and it is always needed and appreciates!!!

This is the greatest service ever. I was traveling by myself for this trip and didn’t get in until almost 12:30 am on Tuesday so I was especially grateful for my return shuttle driver (I wish I could remember his name; I think it was Jim P). After he dropped me off, he made sure to wait until I was safely in my car before going to the next location. That was very appreciated!!
I don’t fly often but I will definitely use this service anytime I do!

Friendly, efficient

The website makes it very easy to reserve a parking space for the time needed. When arriving we were told the aisle to park in and within two minutes, the shuttle picked us up at our car. We were promptly taken to the airport.
Returning from our trip the shuttle arrived at their designated spot. Travelers boarded the shuttle and the driver assisted with our luggage. We were returned to our car.
They use a ticket system to keep track of car locations.
Both drivers were friendly and professional. They practiced safe driving.
To leave the lot, we scanned our QR code and were good to go.
We’ve used The Parking Spot several times. This time we got three days free. Definitely recommend.
