The van was very close to where i was directed to park my car & the driver was extremely helpful by offering to put my heavy suitcase in the van. She was cheerful & attentive. No waiting around. She immediately picked up a few others & we were off to the airport. She explained which side of DIA she would first be dropping off passengers, did so, & then took the rest of us to the east side. Again she took my suitcase off the van. Very good service.

I always choose this location as my airport parking near LAX. I appreciate the reliable shuttle service to bring me to the airport and also to pick me up after a trip. Pricing could be brought slightly lower as it otherwise could be easier to park in the airport owned economy lot, especially when the people mover opens. Your driver Eunice is wonderful and upbeat. Staff is friendly and it’s very convenient
Initial parking experience, transfer to terminal, terminal pickup, and paying out at exit were all excellent. The Parking Spot South App makes notifying the transfer shuttle easy. Knowing my vehicle is safely parked and protected is peace of mind during my travels.

It’s always such a smooth, easy process and I love that the shuttle runs 24/7 so you never have to worry about it someone being able to take you to the airport on time. And I love that the facility is secured with a gate. Lastly which is most important, I appreciate coupons/discounts being available. Thank you.

Convenient to airport at reasonable prices. Like the covered parking, and try to book the premium lot because it's fully covered, which is nice of it's raining. At least try to book covered lots to protect the car from hail. Driver's have been courteous and helpful with bags, especially when I'm traveling with my family and multiple (5+) bags/car seat/etc. Very easy to make a reservation through the app, and tipping options via the app is appreciated.

Convenient location, easy drop off, rapid transit to/from the airport terminals, car has always been safe and undamaged. Greeters upon return have the car prepped and ready to go, including things like a/c/ on warm days
This lot is easier than parking at ABIA right next to airport. Shuttles are super quick and drop off right at your car. Great service and will use again.
