The bus service is great, very quick to arrive at your car and pick up your bags. Not quite so quick to pick you up from the terminal for the return trip, but no worse than any other shuttle service.

Not all of my experiences have been as good as this one, but this one was certainly a 10. Driver was exceptionally courteous arrived at my parking place at the same time we got there. In my rush to get on the bus because he was there so quickly I forgot something and he backed up so that I could get it. When we returned home, the bus was right there waiting for us and we were the second stop. Because I had prepaid. It was the first time I didn’t get stuck in a line for two or three minutes plus.

I like the ease of reserving a space on the app or website ahead of time, the check-in process is simple and has improved with use of the barcode on the app, when I arrived at the parking lot and back to the airport after my travel, a shuttle was available and waiting which I appreciated so that I didn't have to wait out in the cold. The shuttle drivers are friendly as well and assisted me with my bag.

Once again I recently used The Parking Spot 2 and had a very smooth experience overall. The shuttle service was prompt both to and from the airport, and the drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, which made the trip less stressful.
I also appreciated the clear signage, (need some where in details) and well-organized parking layout.
However, overall, the service was reliable, convenient, and well-managed. I would consider using this location again for future travel.
