Generally great service. Quick pick ups. When I arrived in the parking lot, and got my suitcases, all of a sudden it started to pour rain. The shuttle took nearly 15 minutes to get me, I was soaked along with my suitcases and I've already messaged about that. Other than that, I have always had good service. I like accumulating the free days with my paid days.
This was my 2nd time to park at your SOUTH facility. I was slightly dissatisfied the first time with slow shuttle service picking me up in your lot and then picking up at DIA when I returned home. I decided to give your lot another try and this 2nd time the pick up at your lot was quick, friendly and very helpful with my bag. When I caught the shuttle at DIA returning home, that shuttle driver was not so helpful with my bag both at DIA and at the lot. I will use your facility again in the future because it is convenient and I do feel safe in the lot (even when it's dark). Your services are typically very good. Thank you.
