I love the reliability and assurance of reserving a parking spot before traveling, having a bus pick me up at car and return me from airport. The bus drivers are always helpful in providing piece of paper where you parked to loading and unloading your bags.

Close to the airport, less expensive than airport parking, connection vans always promptly available and the drivers are great people who enjoy their job.
Convenient access from the interstate. It is close to the airport. The wait for the shuttle to airport is never long, the same for the return trip. The people are friendly.
The safety features, like wide parking spaces and a well-lit parking lot are important.
Additionally, I like the shuttle service dropping you off at your car, and the electronic checking and checkout features.
