There is an issue with google maps directions to your facility. It tells drivers to turn onto Holstein Ave. where the shuttles enter the lot, other than this, I had no issues. I liked the covered parking as compared to uncovered where I've parked at the EWR facility.

It is convenient for me and like that I don't have to drive on Pena to get to the parking area. I do think that the prices have gone up enough that I will be checking around for other options in the future though.

Very easy to set reservation and service is pretty good. Some time on the returning flight you have to wait 15 mins or more for a shuttle to pick you up. But mostly service is good
