The drivers are very good, but the ride is usually very rough and bumpy. I'm not sure on what the solution is, but the ride could be tough on customers with back issues/pain.

I like that I can book in advance. It's easy to get into the facility and parking a lot. I have never had to wait for the shuttle, it's always right there. I choose this for convenience and pricing. And I already have recommended it to friends who have traveled from Bradley.

Easy to use and get to. Left the car there for 2 weeks, in same condition I left it. Shuttle drivers are friendly and load your luggage. Didn't wait a long time for Shuttle to pick us up.

Prompt to pick up when park. Help with luggage. Give you paper to know where you parked. On return, they take you right to that spot. Had someone there to help when entering and exiting.

What I don’t care for as much is the daily parking rates change each day/week. I fly/travel practically every week.

It is easy to make reservations, find a spot and get to the airport. Shuttle drivers are always nice.

I booked my car stay in advance. Very easy process as well. I received confirmation via a QR Code to use upon arrival to and from the Parking Spot. Once I arrived at the Parking Spot to park my car, the shuttle basically followed me to immediately pick me up after I parked. I so appreciated that. With my return, I couldn’t completely understand where to place the code once I picked up my car but a service rep onsite was able to assist me. I also appreciated the Parking Spot drivers to and from the airport - very courteous and timely. Thank you Parking Spot, and yes, I will definitely park there again.

Love The Parking Spot when I have to go to LAX. Their shuttles run regularly, plus very courteous drivers, free cold bottle water. Easy and no stress!

All of your drivers are courteous and respectful. They serve and drive with a pleasant attitude.

I do think you all should close the mockingbird entrance for safety reasons. There is not enough light on the area when you drive in and most of the time the drivers never know when customers enter from that location.

Your employees are very friendly.

We understand the construction that prohibits traffic at terminal C. However, the link the time we had to wait for the Parking Spot bus was extremely long. With many buses coming near, but not actually going to terminal C.
