Great service
I was confused during the online reservation process & somehow ended up with a reservation for Baltimore. I'm in ATL. I tried calling, texting etc. to try & get that changed to ATL, but got no response from y'all, so I just re-registered for a spot in ATL. So I guess I'm getting billed for both. Disappointing. I'm retired & live on a fixed info, so it hurts my pocketbook.
Other than that, my experience with your services in ATL are always great. The lot is big, customer service, the drivers, getting in & out--all great.

Quick, easy access non-stop from car door to airport
Covered parking option is great and not oversold as best I have experienced. The shuttles usually have at least one staged at MSP Terminal 1 at all times with a second as well at times.
We love to park at Parking Spot 2 for our air travel. It's convenient. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful in loading and unloading heavy suitcases. They are kind and considerate. We get a shuttle quickly and get to the airport in good time to arrive before our fight. ANd we get a shuttle easily when leaving the airport. We always park at Parking Spot 2.
We easily entered the parking lot and were parked right away. We were picked up by the shuttle right away and instructed where to go once we arrived at the airport. When we arrived back to Phoenix, the shuttle was waiting for us! The service was awesome!

Easy to get to the parking lot. Didn't like to have to keep scanning my code to get through various gates after entering through the first gate. Why? Service for drop off and pick up was fine. Good value.

I received the sept discount rate which was great in comparison to other parking facilities at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. My vehicle was safe, no issues. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Access into the parking and exiting the parking lot was seamless. They were also very helpful loading and unloading my luggage onto their shuttle vehicle. They were very punctual at the airport when I arrived home. I would definitely recommend and use this facility and company again. Thanks!
Well, the service is pretty painless -- just reserve online, generate your QR code and receipt, and go to the site. I was a very early morning arrival, and there was someone on duty at the kiosk to send me to a close parking spot and the bus was there before I even got my bag out of the trunk.
The only negative (which I know is dictated by BWI) is that ALL the non-AP parking vendors have a pickup spot that is pretty far from where Southwest comes into the terminal, on your return. Okay for me, might be a problem for someone with mobility issues.
I recommend reserve your stay, but select to pay on leaving, in case some emergency changes your travel schedule. And be sure to take advantage of discounts for AAA and other organizations. Saved me some $$.
