The customer service I received at the gate was outstanding. A camera mistakenly must have deemed I stayed in covered parking but I did not. This increased my (pre-secured).l charge by 50%(!). However, by moving over to the lane that had someone working it (not the self check-out), the person (woman, glasses) was able to help me get my $47 back (fee had increased from $100 to $147). I recently lost my job and money is tight, so I appreciated this so much. If you know who was working weds 4/6 at 8:30 pm, it was her. I was really impressed.
I love the caliber of people that your company hires! I always feel so special when I catch a ride on the shuttle to and from the airport!!

Easy Fast and Parking Spot East is a Very Good Value- Also, puts you close to 170. Why park for more $$ across the street from the airport, and have to navigate airport traffic? I'd much rather let your drivers do it,

I'm glad I answered the call. The call came in as an 800 number. It was Chris who called me. He explained the many offers from the Parking Spot. Especially when you use them.

It’s easy to get into and out of the business. My car feels secure and I love that it has covered parking. The shuttle dropping you off and picking you up at the airport is so helpful and the drivers have all been super nice and helpful with luggage. We use the parking spot a lot since we live a few hours away from the main airport and my husband travels a lot for business and he uses them every time.
