When you first took over USA Parking the service went from a 10 to a 2, the pricing went up 50% and I was looking at other options. Since that time the service is now back to a 10, but the pricing has increased significantly. For a couple (my husband and I) who both travel for work and to see kids located throughout the country, the costs are pretty high and trying to use the discounts is difficult. I do love the premium parking and thrilled that has been added giving us parking space numbers because trying to find the car has been hit and miss and once you are close to getting home after a long trip this is long and tedious.

Arrived home at midnight from the west coast, The Parking Spot van was there when we exited from baggage claim. The driver helped with the luggage, which is always appreciated. When we go to the lot, the car battery was dead, and the driver retrieved a battery pack to jump start the car. Meanwhile, the lot supervisor stopped to see if we needed assistance and offered to get the battery pack, but we said the driver was already on that task. We were on our way within 10 minutes of arriving at out car. All-in-all, The Parking Spot price is right and the service is excellent.
