Fast service and great staff. One suggestion: you need to be able to cross reference a reservation by name or phone number. I had accidentally put my return ticket in my luggage and had to go to the counter before they could get my car and bring it around. You should have another way to pull up a reservation as I am sure this happens fairly often. Otherwise, a great experience.

Convenient location close to LAX, frequent shuttles, so no long waits to and from the airport.
Timely pickups going and coming. Only complaint is lack of temporary directions and signs around highway and entering. Very confusing. Hopefully construction is done by late April for us
