Convenient for SWA flights, which is carrier I use most often. Location makes it seem less crazy getting in and out.
The staff were all very friendly, even at 4 AM! Pickup was extremely prompt both upon parking and upon returning from my trip. Picking me up and dropping me off at my vehicle and loading and unloading my luggage on the shuttle began and ended my trip on very high notes and made me feel special too. All around great service and will use again the next time I fly from MSP and will highly recommend to anyone I know doing the same!

Easy in , easy out. Only downside is spaces could be wider especially given the number of pickup trucks and large SUV's that park in your lot. Door dings are very common. Also more rewards for frequent users to get lower rates.
