I have used The parking Spot several times in 2026. Its conveinient , affordable and dependent. The Drivers are always spot on and can take care of what your there for. PARKING getting to and from. The ACin the Buses could be revamped but after you have used them and you know where to get picked and and what lot your going to its a Breeze!

Parking Spot is a well oiled machine. Their app is very easy to use to make a reservation. I use Parking Spot exclusively. Pricing is very transparent. Checking you in and getting you to a secure covered parking spot is seamless. They quickly pick you up at your car and drop you off at your airline's ticket counter. When you return if there is not a van waiting (which is usually the case) there are plenty of vans circulating to minimize wait time. They take you directly to your car and check out is automated at the gate. Parking Spot drivers are great at coming out of the van and assisting with luggage. Some even help you.load it in the car. This is where they can improve. There are a few drivers that just stand in the van and watch as you struggle to move golf clubs and large luggage up the stairs. Although I tip them accordingly, as someone in their mid 70's, I wish they would help every time.

I've used Parking spot exclusively when travelling out of IAH. Always quick service + the ease of setting it all up through the app. Please don't change a thing.
