Ease of use... Checking in and out was a breeze and the driver picked me up and dropped me off right at my vehicle. It was amazing... I will use The Parking Spot every time I need a longterm stay for my vehicle.

My flight got delayed in Seattle, which means we had a very late return flight, I really didn’t know if the parking spot bus will be running, and to my surprise the parking spot #2 buses were running! I thought I would have to take a Uber to go get my vehicle, but that wasn’t the case. When I travel and want to drive my vehicle to the airport I will always use the parking spot one or two thank you and I use the premium parking and it was excellent!

Quick service, there is always a bus waiting for us to get out of our car. They often help with luggage from the car.

Quick to leave the airport after baggage claim. Drop off and pick up at car is convenient with luggage. Very reasonable pricing.

Starting to get you to the airport quicker and not having to wait long at the airport to be picked up. For a while, it was really bad.

It's just so easy to park here and get to the airport for our flight.

The Parking Spot is safe, secure and conveniently located to Dallas Love Field. Shuttle service is very reliable. I also appreciate the friendly shuttle drivers who are so helpful with the luggage. I can also say that I like the QR code for entry and exit when I reserve online.

Everyone was very kind, drivers nice.
I came in at 430am Friday morning. Sever parking spot “fly”,and “2” came by but I had to wait quite a while before a plain parking spot buss came.

We have been parking there for 25 years, love it, so convenient, never any issues! Its been an adjustment with the corporate buying it. I am glad they started dropping off the covered people first like we always had been treated before. I can't wait til the construction is done. Why is the roofs so high? Don't price gouge people for covered when it's done, we are just trying to protect our vehicles! I loved the interaction with the people at check out and miss that!
