Pickup when I arrive at the parking spot lot is generally pretty good. Prices for parking are reasonable most of the time. When arriving back at the airport from a trip, pickup tends to be very slow. The app does not work to locate a shuttle that may be coming to the terminal you are located at. Even calling the Parking Spot office does not result in a quicker shuttle arrival at the terminal.
It’s convenient!
Fine service and reliability from beginning to end. From reservation to pick up and return to car.
The Parking Spot has excellent customer service! No waiting at our car, immediate pick up. Made the beginning and end of our trip seamless! Highly recommend!

Love the convenience
It was easy to do
Convenient, Friendly, and clean.
They take me right to the airport door with my
Luggage. Although the pick up
Spot in Terminal C is not good at all - it’s so remote and for late night flights it’s very dark down there for a woman traveling alone.
They are quick and efficient
The shuttles are sometimes delayed but good overall. The prices are a little high and it takes longer to get reward days.
Pick up at the airport.
