On my last use of the Parking Spot, it was extremely cold in Denver. We thought we would have to wait in the frigid cold for a van to pick us up. To our delight and surprise, we waited less than 10 minutes. When we got into the van, it was nice and warm, our driver was friendly and helped us with our bags. It was a great experience.

The convenience of parking and getting to/from the terminal is unmatched. The prices are great and the service fantastic.
I was hesitant to use this shuttle service because I did not want to be standing beside my car waiting for 20 minutes to get picked up or waiting a while at the arrival gate. In both cases, I did not have to wait any longer than 2-3 minutes. In fact, I was picked up in the Parking Spot garage within a minute of parking. I will be using these guys next time FOR SURE!!!
Never have to wait long for pick up or being brought to the airport. Karl is wonderful, always puts luggage in car and even swiped snow off my covered car. We have had him several times, always very professional and an asset to your organization.

Parking lot is safe, valets are very personable and the buses run frequently. I have used the service for years and am very happy.
Lots of options for parking (covered, uncovered, etc.). Always timely pick-up and drop-off. With reward program it is easy to obtain free parking days. Inexpensive for what you get...which is not common these days.
Everything, convenience at the airport and at the parking facility, the bus waiting . The driver even waited to make sure our car started after sitting idol in cold weather for a few days.

The best drivers of any The Parking Spot I've ever used! They're all friendly, kind, and quick to help, but most importantly they actually care! They drive smoothly and slow down for bumps and sharp turns helping keep the passengers feeling safe and respected instead of like cargo, which is how the other locations drivers treat you. Rarely any issues of any kind at The Parking Spot East and that's why I love and recommend it!

I was really impressed with The Parking Spot. The first thing that happened is they upgraded to covered parking because of the ice. Then the drivers were extremely cheery. Finally, the app that automatically calls the driver is very convenient. I would definitely do this again.
