The convenience
Usually easy to find an available spot. Drivers usually arrive promptly to pick up and shuttle to the airport. Courteous drivers to assist with luggage. The only negative is that the spaces are too narrow and it is quite easy to get a door ding from the car parked to either side.

Great! Very accommodating
It is easy to use. I like that the bus picks you up and brings you directly to your car. Also we had a tire with low pressure when we were leaving and the staff was able to fill it which was very helpful and convenient (so we did not need to find a gas station).
Driver was very nice and loaded by bag on the bus. He also loaded my bag into my car. I also felt like I got a good deal on parking for 5 days.
Convenient to airport and drivers were very courteous. Did not have to wait long at all for bus when left for airport or on return trip from airport. Would definitely use again.
