When we parked our car we were picked up and taken to the Airport entrance immediately. Friendly drivers.
We were not quite sure how to get driver to pick us up when we came back from LV. but we walked to the Parking Spot loading area and a driver was there within 5 minutes.

Our flight was delayed due to weather did not get into almost midnight. Your Parking Spot busses were still lined up waiting for us. I also like the fact that they drop you right off at your car.

Very convenient

Easy to find, extremely helpful staff, close to the airport, an all round good experience .Highest recommendation! We have used the Newark airport Parking Spot, it was difficult to find, but shuttle service was good. Philly was a much better experience.

Easy, friendly, great pricing

Premium parking works out really well with them picking me up at my vehicle and the shuttles run frequently enough to not make for long waits. The staff does help me with my luggage and I’ve had others also ask for my permission to help with luggage which I thought was a nice touch as a lady.

Super easy and convenient. Always on time. Definitely worth the money!

I will continue to use your services. But I do have a complaint. Friday the 18th I had to wait 30 minutes for a bus to pick me up. I finally had to walk to the covered area to get picked up. And then Sunday the 20th when I needed picked up from the airport I again had to wait around 30 minutes. There appeared to only be 2 buses running. It was very frustrating when there were 4-5 buses from each of the other Parking Spot places that were passing us by and telling us next time to use them.

Fast friendly and professional. The App was very user friendly. The Vans were clean and the drivers were helpful and professional.
