It was such an easy experience. Download the app, reserve a spot, pay with the app. When u arrive just use your phone for check in and out - simple! The bus was quick to pick us up and take us to the airport. On our return, same thing - QUICK -SIMPLE- and AFFORDABLE!

I love how easy the whole process is to use the Parking Spot, from the online booking to checking out after your trip. Each time I've used the Parking Spot the shuttle is right there waiting for me to get out of the car. Fast & convenient

Always a good experience! The drivers are so helpful with luggage. The driver who picked me up around 09:00pm on 11/17 waited for me to find my keys and safely get into my car and even gave me directions to get back on the highway to home before he left. I'm a 76 year female and ALWAYS feel secure using all parking spot locations!!!

The parking lot was convenient and the shuttle could not have been faster. This was my first time using the parking spot and I'll always use it when I need to leave my car at LAX.
