Polite driver, the short time to airport was great. Pickup location was easy to get to with luggage. Need to be told the shuttles have location SOUTH on front above windshield. As 3 of the other locations came and I had to ask. Need also to make sure passengers know the ticket stub needs to be kept as it has directions to pickup location and has SOUTH on it.

all services are very timely from what you arrive to go to the airport and once you return from your trip. Waiting times are minimal. Facility and vehicles are all very clean and drivers are very courteous and very helpful.
