Amazing service!
I parked my car and the shuttle was right there waiting for me to grab my bag, lock car and get on!
When I returned, the shuttle was already there waiting when I walked out of baggage claim.
10/10 will use again!
Great car to door service and return! you get picked up quickly regardless of the time. Staff help with the bags. the entire process makes traveling easy!
Easy access, easy to get to and from the airport, getting picked up and dropped off at our car.
Easy to use
Very fast everything with very good attention.
Easy to reserve and park in several locations. Shuttle is fast so you get to the airport quickly. The covered parking protects the vehicle from weather. Getting back is easy after the trip.
Appreciate the quick service, never have to wait long to get the shuttle to the airport and my car is waiting for me when I return. You all do a great job! I recommend your establishment any time I can.
Very convenient, friendly and safe drivers, no wait for pick-up. Highly recommend.
Drivers are always great and friendly. Never had a problem scheduling parking. Easy in and out. Many Thanks!
I like the convenience it offers for parking and transportation to the airport. I like the security the lot has. This past time I traveled, I did not like the confusion and cluster of people at the airport (09/20/2026) there was no clear place for everyone to stand for each bus, which made it chaotic for people getting on busses and a lot of people cut or push their ways on. I was able to get a bus with the sweetest gentleman driver. I believe his name was Hamobou (I’m sorry if that’s wrong) who helped me take my bag to my trunk, without asking. He deserves a raise or some type of bonus for his patience and customer service to even the rudest of customers on our drive.
Predictable and reasonably efficient

Years of great service
I wanted to thank the staff at the Parking spot. I went there on the evening of Sept 9th and asked the staff to help me get my sisters phone that had been left in one of the cars. I had the keys and all of the contact information. I don't know their names, but they took us to the car and we were able to retrieve the phone for her and I was able to bring it to her. They went above and beyond.
I found the parking spot quick and easy to use. The shuttle drivers were great and very helpful. I will definitely use the next time I go to Newark Airport.
Thanks again.
Quick to and from airport.
