I liked that I was upgraded because there were no more uncovered spots. Your site was easy to find. The person who dropped me off was very nice and helpful. I’m over 70 and the young lady who dropped me off reminded me to watch my step and helped me off the bus. Everything was great. My arrival pickup was less than wonderful. I have never used your service before but found the pickup spot quickly. When a bus pulled up the door opened and I asked the young man if this was going to the South lot and he said, “isn’t that what the outside of the bus says?” Or something along that line. I told him Ive never used this service before. Anyway I didn't appreciate his attitude.

Everything. The shuttle was waiting when we walked up in the parking garage and on our return at the airport. The drivers were courteous a d friendly, even at 3 am. I appreciated that we had prepaid and that was easy to use.
The bus is literally following you to a parking spot and ready to pick us up. Also, we are delivered right back to our spot upon return. Very convenient!

I use Parking Spot every time I. I am extremely happy with them when we return Saturday night. We came back to about 5 inches of snow and the driver cleared the snow off my car. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I love the new option to tip using the QR code, and this has allowed me to tip a lot more often than in the past. I just really feel comfortable parking with you. I feel safe and welcome. I paid for Premium uncovered parking. There was nothing different about this "upgraded" service except the gate for the Premium lot almost came down completely on the hood of my car!!! Please help me understand the daily upcharge for parking in the Premium lot. Thank you.
