I like how how the van driver knows my “spot” to come pick me up after I park & always helps with my suitcase when I get on & off the bus. I like the PS app where I let the driver know I am on my way from my arrival gate in AUS & heading to him/ her.

There were readily available shuttles when arriving at the airport. The wait time was zero to a few minutes the two times we used the service. Parking at DFW is typically convenience at a very high cost or minor inconvenience at a great value.
