Booking is easy, when not full. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The van is normally pulling up to pick you up at your car when you arrive. At the same time the wait after arriving home from a trip is normally quick. The Parking Spot gets a 10 at all phases of the operation.

I like being able to book online in advance and then to drive in and have my luggage unloaded out of my vehicle into the waiting bus. And on the return having my car waiting for me with the liftgate up was very nice.

EVERYTHING! It is a great location near the airport. I love that the shuttle picks you up right at your spot. I love that they give you the little card with your parking number on it. Getting picked up when I returned was awesome. Hardly had to wait at all. And returning to the parking spot was very appreciated. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely be using this again.
Efficient turn around time, friendly and helpful drivers and a clean parking facility. I left a medical devise on the vehicle, made a call and was able to pick up the devise the next day. Thank you Parking Spot!
