Very easy process

Everything went smoothly and worked very well for us.

When I fly out of DFW Airport, I find parking at the Parking Spot South location to be the most efficient use of my time and the most economical place to park. I also like the Parking Spot app, which I’m learning to depend on. However, what I like best about your services and I’ve been using it for years, is every driver that has ever picked me up has been welcoming, kind, courteous, helpful, and upbeat, regardless of the hour of the day and how long they’ve been on a shift. I appreciate that personal touch, especially when I’m in a hurry to get to the terminal or coming back from a trip!

Quick pickup and drop-off both ways. Our car was still where we left it, in the condition we left it when we got back. What else could you want.

I like being dropped off at Terminal C which makes checkin and TSA Precheck very easy. I always plan on 25 minutes to get to Terminal C. When you are first in the bus, it takes a while to finish loading the bus and get to the terminal.

I love that I can park my car in a safe environment and have no worries about leaving my car. The shuttle service has been really good, however, this time, the shuttle just drove right past me. I waited a couple of minutes and thought it was just going to come around. It didn't, so I started walking up to the front gate. I was greeted by a frustrated lady as she told me, "Now I have to call him back." Well, it wasn't me who drove off! Anyway, when the driver finally came back, he told me I should have waited for him. When I told him I did, and literally saw him drive by me, he got upset saying he's never seen me before. At any rate, he did get me to my gate, but this was the only bad experience I have had with the Parking Spot. My return, very nice gentleman and he actually got out of the driver's seat and came to pick up my luggage. Very nice guy. This made up for my terrible pick-up service before my trip.
