The location and service are the main benefits.
Being picked up within 5 minutes of arriving & taken to the airport. The drivers are courteous, polite , very nice & very helpful!
I like that I get picked up and dropped off first. Makes it much easier to get in and out of the lot.
everything
The ease of getting in and out of Bradley airport, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous to the wife and myself.the cost of parking for 12 days was very reasonable.
Transport services
Everything, in fact the ONLY complaint is we had to wait for 10 - 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up to take us back to the lot.
There is always someone there when I arrive to check in. My car has always been safe in the parking lot.

It’s the best. They’re always on time.Taking and picking you up to and from the airport! Always very friendly and safe drivers. Great prices as well! We always park there when we travel.
Friendly service
I have used The Parking Spot (Houston-JFK Location) several times now and there are plenty of reasons I keep happily returning. First and foremost, the security. I have never had a problem with any sort of break-ins. Two, I love the wide, covered parking spots. While abroad, I don’t have to worry about dings from the vehicles next to me or from possible hail storms. Lastly three, and this is an important one, I truly appreciate the drivers! They’re fast to pick us up when we arrive at our spot and when we arrive back from our trip. They’re great drivers and always friendly and professional.
