Well I have to recognize the owner takes care of his business, somehow I was charged more than I commit myself when I make my reservation, I honestly believe was a "system error" I complain and I the owner contact me and figure it out what happened; very concern and he issue a credit on the overcharge right on the spot. I know I was dealing with an honest person and I will continue giving my business, the service is excellent and always been on time on my arrival. Very secure place to leave your car.

We like having a timely suttle to/from the ariport MOST OF THE TIME. But on this last visit, it took far too long for a shuttle to pick us up from our parking spot to go to the airport.

I know I am to have a safe place for my car. With pick up and drop off at my car.

I have used The Parking Spot 2 for many years, and they have consistently been courteous, reliable, and accommodating. Their service has always made traveling out of Hobby Airport much easier and less stressful. As long as I continue flying from Hobby, I will keep choosing them. It has truly been a pleasure using their service over the years.

Convenient. The staff seems to work hard, care, and be personable. I like that you offer deals and rewards. I don’t even use the airport parking lot anymore because I prefer the parking spot.
