Service has drastically improved since taking over park and fly. Also appreciate that there is a premium parking section.

Easy to get to lot for car drop off. Easy parking and quick courteous and helpful drivers. Maybe a 3-5 minute wait from arrival gate at van pickup point but then straight to your car and help unloading of bags by driver. Great service! Much easier and faster than trying to find a close parking spot in the large airport lots.

Scheduled a space through the app, schedule sooner than later, price goes up closer to your date. Van tracking feature is excellent, driver was good and also loaded our luggage. Quick exit with QC code too.

Drivers are friendly and helpful only thing I don’t like is some drive to fast bit i don’t like the changing price for parking one week its 35.00 next week same days it’s 85.00 need to fix this

shuttles are fast and easy drop off and pick up. We have never had to wait! Shuttle bus drivers very kind and helpful with my disabled husband.

This last trip we had the most awesome driver !! He picked us up the the airport with a smile and a great attitude. His bus was very clean . One of the riders had lost his ticket and remembered his section wrong but our driver didn’t seem irritated he assured the man that he woukd find his car. Our driver reminded us all of the cold, bottled water in your refrigerators at check out. I love using this off airport parking location.

quick pick up in self park.....upon return bus was at curb no waiting. doesn't happen every time though.

Bus availability

Smoothness check in and shuttle was readily available for pick up and drop off. However, check out the last two times were extremely difficult. The machines had difficulty scanning the barcode. Others upon exiting had the same experience, were getting out of their cars and needing assistance from the booth employee.
