Great staff and convenience.

Reliable
The easy process to reserve a parking spot, the fact that the shuttle is prompt for pickup both at the Parking Spot and at the airport. The use of the QR code to get in and out of the parking lot. Best experience I have ever had when parking for airport travel.

The speed and efficiency. I also like the convenience of the Norths location. Not a lot of traffic after you get off the beltway.
Friendly and the van was there when I was going and coming back to the airport.
Easy check in/out. Even though the parking lot is easy to miss I’ve used this service 3 times in the last 2 years and am satisfied with the drivers.
This was my first time using Park N Fly Oakland, and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is easy to access, the bus driver offered great customer service, and wait times were minimal for both drop‑off and pick‑up. Pricing is reasonable, and being open 24 hours makes it a reliable choice. I’ll definitely return.
