It’s a pretty good option for the Southwest Airlines passengers. The shuttle drivers are very timely, courteous and helpful with your luggage. Our usual go to parking garage when flying SW Airlines.

When we enter the facility, it is clearly marked where to find open spaces. The cost is also very good compared to other parking areas. Very easy to access.

I love the services, the drivers are nice and helpful. I love that they pick up and drop off at your vehicle. I'm a woman and have come home on a late flight (due to delays) and couldn't find my car in the long term parking lot, I was frustrated and afraid and almost in tears because I was alone at night and had a hard time finding my car (although I took a picture of the aisle I parked in). My friend told me about The Parking Spot and I park there every time I fly.

The parking Spot has a very good blend of technology use and the power of human touch. Small things like giving me a card with my car location were much appreciated. The app works and I like the shuttle tracker concept
The only issue with the shuttle tracker was, upon our arrival back into PHX, the app said we needed to call for the shuttle. We decided to wait until we got the pickup point to call but happily, as we got there 2 shuttles showed up - one for each location. We were not able to track the shuttle since that app told me I needed to call.
