Excellent pick up services at parking area. I did not even realize that the driver had noted our parking location on a card and given it to my husband. So awesome!
When returning, we were able to catch on of the transit buses at the 10 exit. Thank goodness since I had trouble downloading the app (did not realize it was needed).

It’s a pretty good option for the Southwest Airlines passengers. The shuttle drivers are very timely, courteous and helpful with your luggage. Our usual go to parking garage when flying SW Airlines.

When we enter the facility, it is clearly marked where to find open spaces. The cost is also very good compared to other parking areas. Very easy to access.

I love the services, the drivers are nice and helpful. I love that they pick up and drop off at your vehicle. I'm a woman and have come home on a late flight (due to delays) and couldn't find my car in the long term parking lot, I was frustrated and afraid and almost in tears because I was alone at night and had a hard time finding my car (although I took a picture of the aisle I parked in). My friend told me about The Parking Spot and I park there every time I fly.
