Very convenient place to park. Multiple shuttle buses. I arrived BWI at 630AM and was out with my bags by 715AM. There were 2 shuttles out at the puckup location. Love the app. because you can track where the shuttle bus is. This is only place I park.

Parking Spot East offers covered parking and is convenient for us. We are in our late 60s and we don't have to lug our luggage long ways to get to the airport. They pick you up shortly after you park your car and take you to the drop off for your airline. Upon your return they have a shuttle waiting at the offsite parking area, so their pickup is fast. They then drop you off at your car and we are not dragging our luggage thru a very large airport parking! Plus the prices are less than onsite airport parking.

The drivers on both parts of the journey were helpful and courteous. My only issue was that the morning shuttle that was supposed to pick me up at my car missed me and another couple. We decided to walk closer to the main gate to ensure pick up. But, I was able to get to the airport with more than enough time to get through TSA and wait for my flight.

When i returned to my car after 22 days away, my car would not respond to my fob. It started to rain then too Your shuttle driver, Lisa, noticed I could not get into my car and picked me up so I could go to the airport while I tried to figure out my issue. I thought maybe my car fob got mixed up with another one like it when going through TSA. After checking lost and found, I called AAA for a jump Start. Lisa saw me at the airport and got me back to my car. She waited with me for AAA who arrived a couple of minutes later. It was my car battery. Lisa went above and beyond to make certain I was able to stay dry and get my car out of the lot. She is the reason I will definitely use your company any time I fly out of Charlotte. Thanks to her, I am safe at home and avoided getting sick from being in the rain. Please convey my sincerest thanks to Lisa for everything she did for me!
How easy it was to self reserve and park when I got there. I felt that having someone at the gate and it being fenced in that my car would be safe. And it was!
