Your buses are the fastest!! Customer service is also great. Keep up the good work!!
Your parking area was safe and well-marked, with plenty of spots between the several garages. Also, (and this was my primary reason for going with The Parking Spot), your shuttles are well-marked and run frequently. Your drivers were also efficient and very courteous.
Drivers are always so kind
Prompt pickup, driver was very helpful. West location was convenient and loved the under cover parking with a brand new vehicle that didn't have 500 miles on it at the time.
The Parking Spot is easy to get to and spots are always available. The shuttle to the airport is always timely and consistent, for arrival and departure.
