Getting picked up and dropped off at the car, do not need to drag bags to a pick up area which can be far away. Small busses, so not driving around the parking lot for 15-20 minutes stopping at multiple pickup locations (as with long term parking).

Always a great experience. It snowed heavily while I was away and everything was very well plowed when I returned. Additionally, it was a madhouse at the airport pickup when I returned and the shuttle drivers handled it well. There were probably 80 people who all landed at the same time and needed a shuttle ride back. 4 shuttles in a row came very quickly and the drivers loaded everyone speedily without getting frustrated or impolite.

I've used The Parking Spot a few times now, and I have to say, there is a noticeable difference between who they are now, and who they used to be.Everyone is so kind. The drivers really make you feel like you're the priority. The app, scheduling, everything is so much easier now than it was before. Thank you to all the Parking Spot drivers!
