Easy access, bus pick up at location. It was a great experience. The only part that I did not like was the smell of marijuana on the bus. It smelt horrible going to the airport that morning. There should be rules not allowing people to ride if they smell like a skunk.

People were waiting too long?
We arrived at 4:45am we scanned our phone and the lady in the booth was sitting on her chair and we could not hear her. She would not get up to talk to us. Then she got an attitude because we could not hear her. Very friendly driver helped with the bags putting them on and off the bus.

Its convenience to the airport, covered parking for our vehicle and rates are less than the airport. The shuttle drivers are courteous and willing to help with luggage. Shuttle transport times are minimal compared to others and waiting for one to return to your vehicle is minimal
