Service back and forth on jitney was great. I want to acknowledge Renita at Bradley Airport Site. She helped to ease my mind while vacationing. I could not locate my car key at time of parking and had to leave car unlocked not knowing where key was -- either in or out of vehicle. At my vacation location, the key was not in my belongings. I called and spoke with Renita to ask if an attendant could look in my vehicle and call me back. She called me back within the hour to say they could not locate the key (inside or on ground). She assured me the car did start so I would be able to drive home at the late hour of 12:30am. THANK YOU SO MUCH RENITA!!!! You eased my mind!!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

This made our travel so easy. We loved the covered parking option and felt it was worth the additional cost. The shuttle was making its way around as soon as we were unloading our vehicle, so we didn't have to wait. Upon our return, we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We will be using this service whenever we travel.

The prompt availability of the drivers, the friendly helpful drivers, the ease of reserving online and the access code makes for quick entry and exit. I like the price for self parking, and the location of the lot.

Easy location, quick pick up at both garage and airport. Very simple process at a reasonable price.
Almost every single time the staff is friendly and courteous. That is the most important. Not everyone knows how parking lots work and having a warm welcome makes all the difference.
That being said . When I was waiting for the shuttle last time the driver was very short and rude to everyone. No hello, just "what space" and " terminal ?" In a very sharp voice. This was on June 1 at 11:30 am. People getting on were confused and figured she was just having a very bad day. She clearly was frustrated.
Again over all I think your service is wonderful and I always tip the drivers because of their good service.
