Customer service is great. The shuttle quickly picks you up for the very short trip to the airport. And, when you return from your trip, the shuttle is either right there to pick you up or you are waiting only a short time to be picked up to be dropped off at your vehicle.

Picked up from where parked car. Drop off to parked car. There was confusion when I arrived about where to pick up. The app said terminal C but I saw buses at all terminals.
