Consistent shuttle service

Drivers are kind and courteous, and I've never had to wait long for a shuttle to or from the airport. It takes the hassle out of parking when fly.

Easy to book, fast service but don't like the early booking discount setup becase my travel is often last minute.

The parking spot 2 in Dallas Love Field is a perfect match for myself and my company needs. Very safe

Convenient booking

When I got to baggage check, I realized I did not have my phone; I knew I had left it in the car. I went back out of Arrivals where there was a shuttle waiting. I asked the driver (Lee?) if I could get a ride back to the lot to get my phone and he agreed. When I got to my car, I realized I had the wrong car key. The driver dropped off another traveler, then let me use his phone to call my wife, who thankfully had another key. Lee than drove me (alone) back to the airport to get the key, then back to the lot to unlock the car and get my phone. He waited while I unlocked my care and got my phone, then drove me back to the airport to meet my wife and catch our flight. I gave Lee a small tip, but he deserves some additional recognition and perhaps a little bonus for going above and beyond to help a forgetful traveler.

Friendly staff

Sometimes they are slow to pick you up at airport but overall this is a nice safe place to leave your automobile. The workers are also very friendly and helpful.

We like parking at the North Spot Parking Lot at PHL. The associates that we have dealt with are always pleasant and helpful with our luggage. Wait times are minimal for pickup at either location -airport or parking lot. Thank you for the good service. Regards Charlie

Affordable and very helpful staff.

Sky Harbor has terrible signage, heavy traffic and constant construction. We really like how easy this makes getting to the airport to check in and easy to track the shuttle when we return. Really eliminates a lot of walking from east economy, escalators and Sky train. Drivers are always nice and courteous.

The lot is secure. Our return pickup driver was very nice and friendly.

Everything was great except the time for shuttle pick up from LAX back to the Century parking spot. There were 3 Sepulveda parking spot shuttles that came by before a Century one came.

We have been using The Parking Spot for awhile now. You are very reliable and dependable. Thank you!

Apart from the absolute convenience the friendly service of all your drivers make early mornings and late evenings easier.

EVERYTHING! I’ve use you 10 plus times now. I recommend you to my hospital coworkers and anyone who travels. Your lot is easy to get to, your lot is SO safe, there are always amazing and plentiful employees to help, and I can rely on getting to the airport by your shuttle (and getting picked up from the airport!) in a timely manner. Your vans are easy to spot after a long airline trip when your brain is mush. Each and every time I use Parking Spot, I am deeply satisfied! I even choose the Newark Airport (vs Philly) because of how easy the Parking Spot makes traveling.

The one minor encouragement I might pass on is to put shocks in the van so passengers bounce less intensely on very bumpy roads to the airport, and receive a gentler ride. But I’m sure there is a reason the vans are built the way they are.

The QR reader works SOO much better now and that is deeply appreciated. The slots are big enough so that vehicles are not on top of each other, the entire lot is well-lit and clearly laid out, the shuttle drivers are always pleasant and the shuttles are clean. I appreciate almost always being able to catch a shuttle back to the parking lot without more than a 10-minute wait.

So Easy

Great service from drop off to pick up. Clean and well kept facility. We have used Parking Spot South before and will again.

It is convenient. But the $9.00 a day Baltimore county tax makes it very expensive. It is now cheaper to get an Uber or Lyft to take you to the airport.

Great service to and from the airport. The app is super easy to use and accurate with shuttle locations.
