Convenience, fair price, friendly staff, and frequent shuttles.

They offer a good deal compared to other similar services. Entry/exit is simple and getting to the facility is fairly simple. The attendants and shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful. This location is great if you are leaving from terminal E since that's the first stop for the shuttle.

I've always used the valet parking, and the employees are very courteous. I've never had damage to my car while it was with them. When I return from a trip, I never have to wait long for the Parking Spot shuttle; sometimes one is there already when I reach the curb. The phone app makes using the service even more convenient.

The staff is super nice. They drove me right back to my car when I forgot my backpack. It’s vastly more convenient than airport parking or even the rental car shuttles.

Very quick pickup when dropping our car off before departure, and also when we returned. Friendly service. Cheaper to park there than at the airport.

We have used facilities multiple times. All but one time we had excellent service and our car was as we left it. The facilities is convenient and the shuttles run on a regular basis. It’s a good service that we appreciate.

Convenience and price.
What I did not like was the Tuesday evening before New Year’s Day was a very high traffic day. The meeting place to get the pickup bus at the airport was chaos. There were more people at the airport than could get on the bus. There was not a “staging” area or assistance to organize people. People were cutting in front of people who were waiting. If you were not aggressive or physical enough, you missed a number of buses with people pushing you out. Very frustrating.
