Francisco was a great, friendly driver. I’ve been using this parking spot for years, before it was The Parking Spot. First time I didn’t have cash for a tip. We always stop for cash on the way. Apologized to Francisco who still served us with friendly conversation and a smile. Hope to run into him next time.

I like the frequency of the shuttles. Back when the lot was run by USAirport Parking the delays in pick-up at the airport were getting frustrating. Sometimes 15 to 20 minutes.

Great coupon to use
Ease in entering and parking. Plenty of parking and easy exit. The shuttle was very prompt in arriving both when initially parking and with the airport pick up. Pick up directions when returning to airport and app automated notification that an airport pick up was needed made return trip easier.
